Soy is a good source of low-fat and plant-based protein. Soy milk porridge a healthy nutritious drink with the richness of variety of dry fruits.
In a pan add 2 tsp ghee, 1/2 cup wheat vermicelli, roast a little
Add 1 cup soy milk, cover and cook it.
Let it simmer
Add 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp chopped almonds, 1 tbsp chopped cashewnuts, 5 raisins and mix it well
Add 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder
Serve it hot
