- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp ghee, add 1/4 cup wheat vermicelli and roast until light brown
- Step 2 Pour 1 cup soy milk and mix well
- Step 3 Cover and simmer until sevai is soft
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp sugar and stir until it dissolves
- Step 5 Add 1/2 tsp chopped almonds, 1/2 tsp chopped cashewnuts, 5 raisins and mix well
- Step 6 Add 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder for a nice flavor and aroma
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle twist by adding saffron
- Step 8 Serve warm
