Seviyan Porridge Recipe

An energy and nutrient dense vermicelli cooked in milk to a sweet dessert to give a good finish to any meal.

Nutritional info

  • Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan.

  • Add 1/3rd cup wheat vermicelli

  • Roast until it turns brown

  • Put 1/2 cup milk, add little water and 2 tbsp sugar

  • Let it simmer for sometime.

  • Add 3 raisin, 2 cashew nut, 2 pista, 2 almond and mix it well.

  • Serve it hot.
