An energy and nutrient dense vermicelli cooked in milk to a sweet dessert to give a good finish to any meal.
Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan.
Add 1/3rd cup wheat vermicelli
Roast until it turns brown
Put 1/2 cup milk, add little water and 2 tbsp sugar
Let it simmer for sometime.
Add 3 raisin, 2 cashew nut, 2 pista, 2 almond and mix it well.
Serve it hot.
