1/2 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
  • For Sevai Katori

    In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp ghee,1/2 cup wheat vermicelli and roast till golden brown in color.

  • Add into the 1/8h tsp green elaichi powder,1/8th cup Nestlé Milkmaid, and mix it well.

  • Take a muffin mold and place plastic wrap. Add sevai mixture and shape it like a thick Katori. Keep Aside.

  • For Rabdi

    In a pan heat 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, and let it boil for a while.

  • Stick the cream that separates from the Nestlé A+ Milk to the sides of the pan with a spatula.

  • Let it boil again on medium heat, being careful not to burn the cream.

  • Keep separating the cream from the boiled Nestlé A+ Milk and repeat this process 5 times.

  • Now to this condensed mixture, add 1 tbsp sugar, 1/8th tsp green cardamom powder, and 4 saffron strands.

  • Allow the mixture to simmer for 2 mins more.

  • Now, add 1 tsp each of chopped cashew, badam, and pista.

  • Remove sevai katori from mold and pour rabdi into the katori.

  • Serve
