- Step 1 In a bowl, add dhokla batter and season with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp fruit salt, 1/4th tsp haldi and mix well.
- Step 2 Grease a plate with little oil, pour the batter and tap it.
- Step 3 Steam for 10 to 15 minutes until done.
- Step 4 Once done, cool the dhokla.
- Step 5 Next, heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 4 kadi patta, 1/4 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/4 tsp hing and littler water.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 7 Add tempering over dhokla.
- Step 8 Sprinkle 1 tbsp sev and garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 9 Serve warm.
