Dhokla is a traditional Indian recipe of Gujarat, rich in protein, complex carbs and other micro nutrients. Makes a perfect snack option for your child and can be relished with chutney.
For khaman dhokla
In a bowl, add dhokla batter, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp fruit salt, 1/8th tsp haldi and mix.
Grease the plate with oil, pour the batter in the plate and put in steamer.
Close the lid and steam for 15 min.
In a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 6 kadi patta, 1 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/8th tsp hing and water.
Add tempering to dhokla, add sev, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and serve.
