1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee

1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt

1/8 Tsp(0.4 gm) Black Til

2 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Peas

1 Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)

1/8 Tsp(0.26 gm) Dry Mango Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly(Powder)

  • For Kulcha

  • In a bowl add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour,1.5th tbsp maida, 1 tbsp curd,1.5th tbsp milk, 1/8th tsp salt. Knead a soft dough. Rest the dough.

  • For Filling

  • In a bowl add 2 tbsp mashed peas,1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/8th tsp dry mango powder,1/8th tsp black til,1/8th tsp white til,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves

  • Mix well. Roll the dough.

  • Fill the stuffing. Seal and fold.

  • Roll into a kulchaApply water.

  • Apply 1 tsp ghee.

  • Flip & cook.

  • Serve Hot. Enjoy.
