  • Take a pan and dry roast 2 tbsp peanuts. Remove it from the flame and keep it aside.

  • In the same pan, dry roast 1 tbsp white til and keep aside.

  • Then add 1/4 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tbsp red chilly powder, mix and dry roast well.

  • Take a blender, add all the dry roasted ingredients, 4 garlic cloves, 1/8 tsp salt and grind it into a coarse powder.

  • Serve with a snack.
