Sesame Peanut Chutney Recipe

A perfect way to add good fats in your diet !This extremely easy chutney goes well with any snack !

2 Tbsp(21.0 gm) Peanuts

1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) White Til

4 No.(6.0 gm) Garlic
ingredients
1/2 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Red Chilly Powder
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
  • Take a pan and dry roast 2 tbsp peanuts. Remove it from the flame and keep it aside.

  • In the same pan, dry roast 1 tbsp white til and keep aside.

  • Then add 1/4th tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tbsp red chilly powder, mix and dry roast well.

  • Take a blender, add all the dry roasted ingredients, 4 garlic cloves, 1/8th tsp salt and grind it into a coarse powder.

  • Serve with a snack.
