- Step 1 In a bowl, beat 2 egg whites and add 1 tsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds,1/2 tsp red chilli flakes and salt as per taste. Mix well.
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp oil to the pan and heat it. Dip the wheat bread slices one by one into the egg white batter and cook it on the pan until both sides are done.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped roasted almonds.
- Step 4 Serve hot.
