- Step 1
In a kadhai, heat 1 tbsp olive oil, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, saute till it turns golden brown.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar, 1 tbsp white til, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 3 tbsp shredded chicken and mix all the ingredients properly.
- Step 3
Add 1 cup grated cauliflower, add 1/8 tsp salt, mix well and allow to cook.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding parsley leaves.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
