Semolina Tacos is a tasty, delicious and is loaded with Iron, Magnesium.
In a mixing bowl add 1/8th cup semolina,1/8th tsp salt,3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, water as required, and mix it well.Rest it for 20 minutes.
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and pour spoonful batter.
Roast from both sides.
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil,1/8th tsp mustard seed,1/4th tsp grated garlic,1/8th tsp grated ginger,2 number.curry leaves and saute it well.
Add into the 1/8th cup chopped cauliflower,1/8th cup chopped french beans,1/8th cup chopped carrot,1/8th cup chopped spring onion,1 tbsp boiled peas and saute it well.
Add into the 1/8th tsp garam masala,1/8th tsp mango powder,1/8th tsp red chilly powder,1/8th tsp salt,1/8th cup boiled mashed potato and mix it well.
Take semolina tacos and fill with stuffing mixture. Fold it.
Garnish with 1/8th cup julienne cabbage and serve.
