- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 cup suji, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tbsp butter, crumble and mix well, add water as required and knead into a soft dough. Rest it for 15 minutes.
- Step 2 In another bowl add 1.5 tbsp butter, 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder, 1 tbsp rice flour and mix well to make a creamy paste.
- Step 3 Take a ball and roll it thin and spread the paste evenly on it and now place another rolled layer of dough on it, same process repeat for 3 more times and make 5 layers of chapati with creamy mixture on it and roll.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding pistachios.
- Step 5 Roll evenly and cut the roll in balls.
- Step 6 Pat it and fry it in oil.
- Step 7 Make sure to not over fry the chiroti.
- Step 8 Remove it from oil and sprinkle 1 tbsp powdered sugar on it and serve.
