- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 cup suji, potato Nestlé A+ Curd mixture, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2 Cover and rest the batter for 5 minutes
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/2 tbsp chopped tomato, and water as required to adjust the batter consistency.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding pumpkin seeds
- Step 5 Add 1/8 tsp baking soda and mix gently.
- Step 6 Grease mold with 1/4 tsp oil, pour the batter and steam until done.
- Step 7 Cool down the dhokla and cut into the pieces.
- Step 8 Serve with any chutney of your choice.
