A delicious, healthy loaded with veggies pizza. Very easy to assemble and is loaded with fiber and antioxidants
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp suji, 2 tbsp oats, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, water, 1/2 tsp salt and make a dough.
Rest for 10 minutes.
Pour this on a tava, add 1 tsp oil and flip.
Spread 2 tbsp pizza sauce, add 1 tbsp diced onion, 4 no. Broccoli florets, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp yellow capsicum, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp oregano.
Place on a tava, cover and cook for 57 minutes.
