Steps
- Step 1 For DoughAdd 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp suji, water and knead a dough
- Step 2 Keep aside
- Step 3 For stuffingIn a bowl add 2 tbsp chopped pudina leaves, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi
- Step 4 Mix well and keep aside
- Step 5 For parathaDust a small round piece of dough with little flour and roll it into a paratha
- Step 6 Add the stuffing on the rolled roti, seal from all sides
- Step 7 Dust with little flour and further roll it into a paratha
- Step 8 Place the paratha on a griddle, apply 1 tsp ghee and roast the paratha evenly
- Step 9 Flip and cook until both sides are well roasted or turn light brown in colour
- Step 10 Serve hot with accompaniment
