Steps
- Step 1
For Dough
Add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp suji, water as required and knead a dough.
- Step 2
Keep aside.
- Step 3
For stuffing
In a bowl add 2 tbsp chopped pudina leaves,1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding paneer.
- Step 5
Mix well and keep aside.
- Step 6
For paratha
Dust a small round piece of dough with little flour and roll it into a paratha.
- Step 7
Add the stuffing on the rolled roti, seal from all sides.
- Step 8
Dust with little flour and further roll it into a paratha.
- Step 9
Place the paratha on a griddle, apply 1 tsp ghee and roast the paratha evenly.
- Step 10
Flip and cook until both sides are well roasted or turn light brown in colour.
- Step 11
Serve hot with accompaniment.
