  • For Sugar Syrup

    In a pan add 4 tbsp sugar,water as required and boil it till sugar melt.

  • Add into the 2 strands of kesar,1/8 tsp green elaichi powder and cook it well.

  • For Gulab Jamun

    In a pan heat 1/8 tsp ghee add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk,1/2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk powder,1/2 tbsp sugar, roasted semolina ,mix and cook it well.

  • Remove in a bowl and knead it well.Then make a small balls.

  • Heat oil in a kadhai and deepfry balls till golden brown.

  • Add fried balls in sugar syrup and soak till syrup absorbed by balls.

  • Serve.
