- Step 1 Dry roast 1 tsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tsp sunflower seeds, 1 tsp flaxseeds, 1 tsp sesame seeds, 1 tsp garden cress seeds over a low flame for 5 mins.
- Step 2 In a blender add the roasted seeds, 3 tbsp chopped dates and 2 tbsp grated dry coconut.
- Step 3 Grind it coarsely and transfer to a bowl
- Step 4 Add 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder, 1 tsp ghee and mix well
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding cranberries
- Step 6 Shape into even sized laddoo and enjoy!
