2 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Dry Coconut
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Til
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Alsi
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Garden Cress Seeds
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Sunflower Seeds
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 Tsp(0.5 gm) Black Elaichi
1 Chopped Cup(49.0 gm) Dates
2 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
Dry roast 1 tsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tsp sunflower seeds, 1 tsp flax seeds, 1 tsp sesame seeds, 1 tsp garden cress seeds on a low flame for 5 mins.
Cool and pulse it partially
In a bowl add the crushed seeds, 1/4th tsp cardamom, 1 tsp ghee, 3 tbsp chopped dates and 2 tbsp grated coconut.
Mix all ingredients well
Divide into equal size balls and roll it round.
