- Step 1 Soak, grind and ferment overnight 3 tbsp rice and 3 tsp urad dal. Add 1/4 tsp salt to the batter and mix.
- Step 2 Heat idli stand, add water into it.
- Step 3 Grease idli mold with 1 tsp oil, pour batter and steam it till soft and fluffy.
- Step 4 Once cooked, take out steamed idlis in a bowl and scramble them.
- Step 5 In a pan heat 1 tsp coconut oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp methi seeds, 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1 tsp chopped kadi patta, 1 tsp chopped green chilli and mix.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding peanuts.
- Step 7 Pour this tadka on scrambled idli, mix and serve hot.
