Steps
- Step 1 In a bowl, mix together 1/3 cup boiled chopped sweet potato, 5 tbsp grated tofu, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp salt
- Step 2 Make tikki of the mixed mixture and coat with 1 tbsp Oats flour & 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- Step 3 Heat 1/2 tsp oil and shallow fry tikkis
- Step 4 Place the burger bun, and cut horizontally into half
- Step 5 Spread 1 tsp schezwan chutney, 1 tsp mayonnaise, place 1/2 lettuce leaf, 2 slices onion, 2 slices tomato and tikki
- Step 6 Cover with another half of the bun
- Step 7 Serve a yummy burger
