- Step 1 In a bowl, mix together 1/3 cup boiled diced sweet potato, 5 tbsp grated tofu, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 3 Make tikki of the mixed mixture and coat with 1 tbsp oats flour & 1 tbsp white til.
- Step 4 Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a non stick pan and shallow fry tikkis till golden brown on both sides.
- Step 5 Take the burger bun, and cut horizontally into half.
- Step 6 Spread 2 tsp schezwan chutney, 1 tsp mayonnaise, place 1/2 lettuce leaf, 2 slices onion, 2 slices tomato and tikki.
- Step 7 Cover with the other half of the bun.
- Step 8 Serve a yummy burger.
