Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp grated garlic,1 tsp schezwan sauce,1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp julienne carrot, 1 tbsp julienne capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1/8 cup boiled spaghetti and toss all ingredients well. Set aside.
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mixed seeds
- Step 4
In a bowl, add 5 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 5
Pour in some water and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 6
Roll a dough ball into a round shape and cut it in half to form two semicircles.
- Step 7
Create a cone shape by folding a semicircle, and sealing the edge with water.
- Step 8
Stuff the cone with the cooled noodles filling and seal the open edge by pinching it together, forming a triangle.
- Step 9
Place on a parchmentlined baking tray and brush each samosa with 1 tsp oil.
- Step 10
Bake in a preheated oven for 1015 minutes or until golden brown and crips from one side.
- Step 11
Flip and bake it again from another side for 1015 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
- Step 12
Serve hot.
