Mushrooms contain varying degrees of protein and fibre. They also contain B vitamins as well as a powerful antioxidant called selenium, which helps to support the immune system and prevent damage to cells and tissues.
In a pan add 1 tbsp butter, 1 tsp chopped garlic and saute well, add 2 tsp chopped onion, 1/8th tsp salt & saute.
Add 1/4th cup diced mushroom and water along with 2 tbsp chopped parsley.
Saute the mushrooms and crush 1/8th tsp black pepper into it.
Mix well and serve.
