- Step 1 In a blender, add 1/2 cup sattu flour, 1 cup chopped palak, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp hing, salt as per taste, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Blend into the smooth and thick batter. Add water as required if the batter is too thick.
- Step 4 Heat a nonstick pan, brush with oil and spread a ladle of batter.
- Step 5 Spread blanched moong sprouts on a top of the batter and roast it from both sides.
- Step 6 Serve hot with coconut chutney.
