- Step 1 In a bowl, add sattu flour, 3 tbsp chopped pista, 1/8 tsp nutmeg powder, 3/4 tsp sugar substitute, 1 tsp ghee and mix all well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated coconut.
- Step 3 Gradually add 3 tbsp Nestle a+ slim milk and knead into a semisoft dough.
- Step 4 Take a modak mould and grease it with a little ghee.
- Step 5 Add sattu mixture, close the mould and remove the excess mixture out of the mould.
- Step 6 Gently demould it and remove the modak.
- Step 7 Serve.
