For khaman dhokla
In a bowl, add dhokla batter, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp fruit salt, 1/8th tsp haldi and mix.
Grease the plate with oil, pour the batter in the plate and put in steamer.
Close the lid and steam for 15 min.
For tempering
In a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 6 kadi patta, 1 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/8th tsp hing and water.
Add tempering to dhokla
For Rice Dhokla
In a bowl add Dhokla batter, 1/2 tsp salt and Mix Well
Add 1/2 tsp Green Chilli Paste, 1/2 tsp Grated Ginger
Grease Plate
For Steaming
Put Batter Plate in Steamer
Cover with Lid and Steam Well
Serve with Chutney
