- Step 1 Combine 1/2 cup grated paneer and 2 tsp powdered sugar.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp maida and 1 tsp milk powder.
- Step 3 Add 2 tbsp Nestlé Milkmaid and blend until smooth.
- Step 4 Lightly mash on a flat surface using your palm.
- Step 5 Transfer to a nonstick pan and cook.
- Step 6 Cook for 1520 minutes until it is dry.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
- Step 8 Spread evenly on a greased thali and let it cool.
- Step 9 Cut into the desired shape and size.
- Step 10 Serve Sandesh chilled.
