- Step 1 In a bowl add onion puree made by grinding 1 tbsp chopped onions,1/4 tsp red chili powder,1/4 tsp cumin powder,1/4 tsp coriander powder,1/2 tsp brown sugar,1/4 tsp peanut butter,1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp salt,1/2 tsp chopped lemongrass, 3/4 sliced salmon and mix it well.
- Step 2 Cut the marinated fish into strips.
- Step 3 Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a griller pan.
- Step 4 Insert marinated salmon strips into skewers.
- Step 5 Grill it in the heated oil and let it cook well.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice.
- Step 7 Serve hot with noodles/rice or as it is as a snack.
