- Step 1
For Ravas Fajita Marination
In a bowl add 1/8 tbsp dry red chili powder, 1/8 tbsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp garlic paste, 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/8 tsp oregano, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, ravas strips and mix it well.
- Step 2
For Ravas Fajita
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/8 cup julienne onion,1/8 cup julienne green capsicum, 1/8 cup julienne red capsicum,1/8 cup julienne yellow capsicum and saute it well.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding green olives.
- Step 4
Add marinated ravas strips, cover with a lid and cook on low flame.
- Step 5
Add 1/4 tsp lemon juice and serve.
