- Step 1
*For mixture*
In a bowl add boiled & mashed sabudana, 2 tbsp chopped palak, 1 tbsp chopped onion, and mix all well.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala powder, 1/8th tsp salt, water and mix well.
- Step 3
Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves on top and mix.
- Step 4
*For Sheet*
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8th tsp salt, water, mix and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 5
Cover and rest for 10 minutes.
- Step 6
Roll out the dough ball using rolling pin.
- Step 7
Add prepared mixture & seal in square shape.
- Step 8
Brush a nonstick pan with 1 tsp oil
- Step 9
Roast the squares till it turns golden brown.
- Step 10
Serve hot with chutney.
