Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan, add 1/4 cup sago and roast until light brown
- Step 2
Take off the flame, grind to a smooth powder and set aside
- Step 3
To the pan, add 2 tbsp grated coconut and roast until light brown and set aside
- Step 4
To the pan, add 4 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/2 tsp ghee and roast until jaggery melts and set aside.
- Step 5
Heat another pan, add 1/2 tsp ghee, 1 tbsp chopped almonds and roast until light brown and set aside.
- Step 6
In a bowl, add sago powder, roasted coconut, roasted almond and jaggery syrup
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mixed nuts
- Step 8
Mix everything well, take a portion of it and shape into round laddoos
- Step 9
Place it in a plate
- Step 10
