- Step 1
In a bowl, add soaked sabudana, 1/4 cup boiled and mashed potato, peanut powder, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp jeera, and 1/2 tsp salt.
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 3
Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 4
Add 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix again.
- Step 5
Shape them into qual sized balls and press gently.
- Step 6
Heat a kadhai with oil for frying over medium flame
- Step 7
Deep fry the vadas until crisp and golden brown.
- Step 8
Serve hot with mint chutney
