- Step 1 In a bowl, add soaked sabudana, 3 tbsp boiled chopped potato, 1 tbsp ground peanuts, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
- Step 2 Mash everything together
- Step 3 Take a banana leaf, brush it with 1/2 tsp oil, place a dough ball, flatten it evenly and and make holes in the centre.
- Step 4 Heat a nonstick tawa, add ghee and transfer the thalipeeth from the banana leaf
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 6 Flip and roast thalipeeth on both sides until golden brown and crisp
- Step 7 Serve hot.
