A wholesome snack that regulates heart function and boosts the vitamin content of your diet. This sabudana khichdi recipe is further enhanced with calcium boosting white sesame seeds.
Per Serving: 1 Medium Bowl - 115.0 gm
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
Add 1/4 tsp jeera and let it crackle.
Add 1/2 tsp of chopped green chilli,1/4 cup of boiled and diced potato.
Saute all the ingredients well.
Add presoaked sabudana and saute.
Add 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp of ground peanut and mix well.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 2 minutes on low heat.
Sprinkle some water and cook for a little longer.
Garnish with 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.
