Sabudana Khichdi / Sago Khichdi Recipe

3.0 Tbsp(31.0 gm) Sabudana
0.28 Boiled Diced Cup(51.0 gm) Potato
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli
1.0 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
2.0 Powder Tbsp(19.0 gm) Peanuts
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Sugar
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
100.0 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.

  • Add 1/4 tsp jeera and let it crackle.

  • Add 1/2 tsp of chopped green chilli,1/4 cup of boiled and diced potato.

  • Saute all the ingredients well.

  • Add presoaked sabudana and saute.

  • Add 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp of ground peanut and mix well.

  • Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 2 minutes on low heat.

  • Sprinkle some water and cook for a little longer.

  • Garnish with 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.
