  • In a pan heat 1 tsp ghee, roast 1 tsp chopped almonds, 1 tsp chopped pista and 5 raisins,

  • Add 1 cup soy milk, 1 tbsp soaked sabudana, 1.5 tbsp sugar, 1 green elaichi and mix well.

  • Cover and cook till it thickens.

  • Serve warm.
