Blend of sago and milk make this recipe a great indian dessert. This recipe contains a good amount of protein, calcium and carbohydrates.
In a kadhai heat 1 tsp ghee.
Add 1 tsp chopped almonds, 4 raisins and saute.
Now add 1 cup milk, soaked sabudana, 4 tsp sugar, 1 crushed green cardamom, mix well.
Cover and cook till it thickens.
