Sabudana Kheer Recipe

Sabudana kheer is a blend of sago and Nestlé A+ Milk flavored with cardamom and saffron making this recipe a great Indian dessert and a great source of protein, calcium and carbohydrates.

1.0 Cup(204.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
2.0 Tbsp(17.0 gm) Sabudana
4.0 Tsp(18.0 gm) Sugar
1.0 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Almond
4.0 Number(3.0 gm) Raisin
1.0 Powder Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Elaichi
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
30.0 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
  • In a kadhai heat 1 tsp ghee.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped almonds, 4 raisins and saute.

  • Now add 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, soaked sabudana, 4 tsp sugar, 1 crushed

  • green cardamom, mix well.

  • Cover and cook till it thickens.

  • Serve hot.
