Sabudana Kheer Recipe

Blend of sago and milk make this recipe a great indian dessert. This recipe contains a good amount of protein, calcium and carbohydrates.

1 Cup(204.0 ml) Milk

1.5 Tbsp(17.0 gm) Sabudana

4 Tsp(18.0 gm) Sugar
ingredients
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Almond(Chopped)

4 No.(3.0 gm) Raisin
ingredients
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Elaichi Powder
ingredients
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
  • In a kadhai heat 1 tsp ghee.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped almonds, 4 raisins and saute.

  • Now add 1 cup milk, soaked sabudana, 4 tsp sugar, 1 crushed green cardamom, mix well.

  • Cover and cook till it thickens.

  • Serve hot.
