- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1/2 tbsp oil, add into the 1/8 tsp hing,1/8 tsp jeera, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute it well.
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1/8 tsp haldi,1/8 tsp red chilly powder,1/8 tsp garam masala,1/8 tsp salt, boiled mashed potato and mix it well
- Step 3
Take a kneaded dough and roll out on the rolling pin.
- Step 4
Heat 1 tsp butter in tawa and roast from both the sides.
- Step 5
Place on a clean surface and spread 1 tbsp tomato ketchup.Then add potato mixture and 1/8 cup julienne onion.
- Step 6
Roll it nicely and serve.
