For Tamarind Chutney
- Step 1 In a pan, add 1/2 tsp tamarind pulp, 1 tsp jaggery powder, 1/8 tsp salt and water. Stir and boil till it thickens.

For Dabeli Stuffing
- Step 1 In a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 2 tbsp boiled mashed potato, 2 tsp dabeli masala, mix well.
- Step 2 Add water and stir well, cook on medium flame for 23 min till the water dries out.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding pomegranate.

For Roti
- Step 1 Make a roti by kneading a dough with 2 tbsp wheat flour, water as required and then roll out and roast it on a tava.
- Step 2 Take the cooked roti.
- Step 3 Spread 1 tsp sweet tamarind chutney, add potato mixture.
- Step 4 Top it up with 2 tsp masala peanuts & 2 tsp chopped onion.
- Step 5 Roll and wrap it.
- Step 6 Heat a pan, add 1 tsp butter, place stuffed dabeli roti wrap.
- Step 7 Roast it on both sides till crispy.
- Step 8 Serve hot.
