Rose Sandesh Recipe

Sandesh is a dessert, originating from the Bengal region in the eastern part of the Indian subcontinent, created with Nestlé A+ Milk and sugar. Rose flavor adds a very pleasant aroma and an appealing pink hue which makes it very delectable.

1 Tsp(6.0 ml) Rose Syrup
10 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(4.0 gm) Pista
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.24 gm) Green Elaichi
1 Powder Tbsp(11.0 gm) Sugar
2.5 Tsp(10.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1 Cup(204.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
  • In a pan, heat 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, add little water and let it boil.

  • Remove the Nestlé A+ Milk in a bowl, add 2.5 tsp lemon juice and stir continuously with a spoon.

  • The Nestlé A+ Milk will start to Nestlé A+ Curdle.

  • After it Nestlé A+ Curdles, strain the mixture using a cloth.

  • Transfer the strained extract into a bowl, add 1 tbsp powdered sugar and 1/8th tsp cardamom powder, 1 tsp rose syrup.

  • Mix it well and bind it into a round shape and add 1/2 tbsp chopped pistachios on it.

  • Rose Sandesh is ready to serve.
