- Step 1 In a pan, pour 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, add little water and let it boil.
- Step 2 Transfer the Nestlé A+ Milk to a bowl, add 2.5 tsp lemon juice and stir continuously with a spoon.
- Step 3 As the Nestlé A+ Milk Nestlé A+ Curdles, strain the mixture using a cloth and drain excess whey.
- Step 4 Take the paneer in a bowl, add 1 tbsp sugar powder, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, 1 tsp rose syrup.
- Step 5 Knead until smooth.
- Step 6 Divide into small balls; shape into oval or round sandesh
- Step 7 Garnish with 1/2 tbsp chopped pistachios.
- Step 8 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mixed nuts
- Step 9 Refrigerate for 30 minutes
- Step 10 Rose Sandesh is ready to serve.
