A rich and creamy dessert prepared with rice blend and infused with aromatic rose petals. Protein and calorie dense dessert perfect for any occasion.
Soak 2 tbsp red rice for 30 minutes and grind into a coarse paste.
In a pan, heat 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk till it comes to a boil.
Lower the flame and add 5 kesar strand 1.5 tbsp sugar and rice mixture. Mix well and allow to simmer.
When it starts to simmer, add water as required, 1 tsp rose syrup, 1 tbsp chopped almond, 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder and stir well.
Continue stirring till the mixture thickens
Add 1 tbsp chopped rose petals and mix well
Pour in serving bowl and serve chilled.
