- Step 1 In a plate, place 120g rohu fish. Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi and marinate the fish.
- Step 2 In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil and shallow fry the fish.
- Step 3 In the same pan, add 1/4 tsp jeera, onion paste, tomato puree, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp sugar. Saute it well.
- Step 4 Add water and mix well.
- Step 5 Add the fried rohu fish. Cook for a few minutes.
- Step 6 Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 8 Serve it hot with rice.
