  • In a pressure cooker, add mutton, 4 garlic cloves, 4 clove, 1/4 cinnamon stick, 1/4 bay leaf, 2 cardamom, 1/4 tsp salt and water.

  • Pressure cook for 4 whistles.

  • In a pan, heat 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk & bring to a boil.

  • Add 2 green cardamom, 1 tbsp ghee, 1.5 tbsp saunf powder, prepared yakhni.

  • Mix and serve.
