- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 2 tbsp chopped onion,1 tsp grated garlic, 1 bay leaf and saute
- Step 2 Add roasted chopped red capsicum, water as required and simmer over low flame
- Step 3 Season with 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 4 Using a blender, blend until smooth
- Step 5 Garnish with 1.5 tbsp chopped parsley and serve warm
