1/2 Puree Cup(43.0 gm) Tomato
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Sugar
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1 Tsp(6.0 ml) Red Chilli Sauce
15 Gram(15.0 gm) Tomato Puree
2 Chopped Tsp(5.0 gm) Garlic
3 Chopped Tbsp(24.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt
1 Tbsp(14.0 ml) Olive Oil
1/2 Diced Cup(84.0 gm) Potato
  • For Roasted Potato

    Bake 1/2 cup diced potato, 1/2 tbsp olive oil at 180 degree for 2025 minutes.

  • For Tomato Sauce

    Add 1/2 tbsp olive oil,2 tsp chopped garlic, 3 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.

  • Add tomato puree, 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp red chilli sauce, 1 tsp sugar and mix well.

  • Let It Simmer.

  • Add this sauce to roasted potatoes and roast again at 180 degree for 10 minutes.
