Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan, add 5 garlic cloves and dry roast until charred and set aside
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 3 tbsp cream cheese and whisk well.
- Step 3
Grate the roasted garlic, add 2 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1 tsp lemon juice and mix well
- Step 4
Season with 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and salt for taste
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 6
