2 Tbsp(23.0 gm) White Til

50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water

1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper

1.5 Tbsp(18.0 gm) Lemon Juice

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt

2 Tbsp(27.0 ml) Olive Oil

6 Number(9.0 gm) Garlic

1 Diced Cup(145.0 gm) Carrot
Add baked carrots, garlic, tahini, 1.5 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and water to a food processor or highspeed blender.
Process until the mixture is very smooth.
Add freshly ground 1/4th tsp black pepper powder to the hummus and serve.
