This Roasted Carrot Hummus is creamy and super sweet and is made entirely from carrots, no beans in this dip! A must try dip for crackers.
Nutrition Information per serve
Add baked carrots, garlic, tahini, 1.5 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and water to a food processor or highspeed blender.
Process until the mixture is very smooth.
Add freshly ground 1/4th tsp black pepper powder to the hummus and serve.
