2 Tbsp(27.0 ml) Olive Oil
6 Number(9.0 gm) Garlic
1 Diced Cup(145.0 gm) Carrot
  • Add baked carrots, garlic, tahini, 1.5 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and water to a food processor or highspeed blender.

  • Process until the mixture is very smooth.

  • Add freshly ground 1/4th tsp black pepper powder to the hummus and serve.
