  • In a grinding jar take the cooked chole, 1/4 tsp grated garlic, roasted red capsicum, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp lemon juice,1 tsp olive oil and water.

  • Blend till a smooth consistency is obtained. Transfer to a serving bowl.

  • Garnish with 1 tsp olive oil and 1/4 tsp red chilli powder.

  • Serve cold or room temperature.
