- Step 1 In a bowl, add 100 gm boneless chicken pieces, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/8 tsp garam masala powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well, marinate and keep aside.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kalonji.
- Step 3 Take a thick bottom pan and heat 3 tsp oil.
- Step 4 Add the marinated chicken and roast on both sides.
- Step 5 To smoke it Burn a piece of coal, put it in the pan and pour 1/2 tsp ghee over it.
- Step 6 Cover the pan and allow the smoke to settle.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
