This simple and easy recipe is healthy, wholesome and packed with protein and fiber.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
Add 3 cloves, 1/4th tsp chopped garlic and 1 tbsp chopped onion.
Saute these ingredients well.
Next, add 1 tbsp of chopped tomato, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp each of red chilly powder, 1 tbsp chopped palak , 1/4th tsp garam masala and saute well.
Then add 1/8th tsp of dry mango powder and saute well.
Add cooked dal and mix well.
Season with 1/4th tsp salt and mix again.
Serve the ready dal palak with steaming hot rice.
