- Step 1 Heat a pan, add 1.5 tsp oil, 3 cloves, 1/4 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 3/4 tbsp chopped tomato and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp each of red chilli powder, 4.5 tbsp chopped palak , 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp of dry mango powder and cook for a minute
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 4 Add cooked dal and mix well.
- Step 5 Season with 1/3 tsp salt and mix everything well
- Step 6 Cook for a minute
- Step 7 Serve the dal palak with rice.
