- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/2 tbsp chopped onion,1/2 tbsp chopped red capsicum,1/2 tbsp chopped green cabbage,1/2 tbsp grated broccoli,1/8 cup rice flour, 1 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chili powder,1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp salt,1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and water as required. Knead into a dough.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 3 Divide the dough in small portions and roll into a paratha.
- Step 4 Heat a pan and roast the prepared parathas with 1 tsp oil on both sides until well cooked.
- Step 5 Serve hot with raita.
