In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 tbsp chopped onion,1/2 tbsp chopped red capsicum,1/2 tbsp chopped green cabbage,1/2 tbsp chopped broccoli,1/8th cup rice flour, 1 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder,1/4th tsp coriander powder, 1/4th tsp salt,1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and water. Knead into a dough.
Divide the dough in small portions and roll into a paratha.
Heat a pan and roast the prepared parathas with 1 tsp oil on both sides until well cooked.
Serve hot with raita.
