1/2 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Urad Dal
7.6 Ml(8.0 ml) Water
5 Gm(5.0 gm) Shevaga Pan/Saijan Patta
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Tomato
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Capsicum
1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot
25 Ml(25.0 ml) Water
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Grated Tsp(0.94 gm) Ginger
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
2 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Rice
1/4 Tsp(0.83 ml) Oil
  • In a bowl add fermented batter add into the 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1/2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp green chili paste, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp salt, chopped drumstick leaves and mix it well.

  • Pour batter into the greased idli mold and steam it in a double boiler.

  • Serve hot with chutney.
