PrePreparation
Soak 2 tbsp rice, 2 tsp urad dal for 2 Hours and grind it. Ferment overnight.

Preparation
In a bowl add the batter, 1/2 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp grated ginger,1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped carrot,1 tbsp chopped green capsicum and mix it well.
- Step 4
Grease a plate.
- Step 5
Pour batter into the plate and place in the steamer.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by garnishing with black sesame seeds.
- Step 7
Cover with lid and steam well.
- Step 8
Serve with Chutney
