Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add cooked rice, 1/8 cup boiled mashed potato, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well
- Step 2
Add 1/8 tsp mixed herbs, 1/8 tsp salt for taste
- Step 3
Mix in 1 tbsp corn flour for binding and shape into a patty
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer
- Step 5
Heat a nonstick pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, place the patty and roast on both sides until crisp and golden brown
- Step 6
Cut the burger bun in half and spread 1 tsp mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun and 1 tsp red chilli sauce on the top half of the bun
- Step 7
Place a lettuce leaf over the mayonnaise and add the cooked rice vegetable patty
- Step 8
Top it up with 2 onion slices, 2 tomato slices, 1 green capsicum slice and cover with the top bun
- Step 9
