For Tikki
In a Pan on medium heat,
Heat 1 tsp Butter, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped french beans
Stir Fry a min
Take a Bowl,
Add in cooked rice , stir fried vegetables , 1/8th tsp Salt, 1/4th tsp Red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp chopped coriander
and (Nestle Twist) .Mix all ingredients well
Make into a round shape Tikki
Heat 1 tsp Oil
Shallow Fry Tikki until Golden Brown
For Burger
Cut Burger Bun Into Half, apply 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, 1 lettuce leaf
put a Tikki . Now add 2 onion slices, 2 tomato slices and Capsicum Ring
Cover the Filling with other burger bun .
