1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(0.74 gm) Hing
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
22.0 Ml(22.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp hing, 1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp onion, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and add water.

  • Knead these into a soft dough

  • Grease a butterpaper

  • Spread the dough on the butter paper into a round shape and flatten it.

  • Heat the tawa and transfer the thalipeeth on it.

  • Roast the thalipeeth on both sides with 2 tsp oil
