In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp hing, 1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp onion, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and add water.
Knead these into a soft dough
Grease a butterpaper
Spread the dough on the butter paper into a round shape and flatten it.
Heat the tawa and transfer the thalipeeth on it.
Roast the thalipeeth on both sides with 1 tsp oil
