Steps
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp hing, 1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp onion, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and add water
- Step 2 Knead these into a soft doughGrease a butterpaperSpread the dough on the butter paper into a round shape and flatten it
- Step 3 Heat the tawa and transfer the thalipeeth on it
- Step 4 Roast the thalipeeth on both sides with 2 tsp oil
